To prepare the lighting concepts and sketches showing different types of lighting effects and their relationship to structural, architectural elements.
Based on the concept after approval, the preliminary schematic lighting CAD plans are developed which includes positioning of luminaries and lighting equipment locations, identifications, dimensions and lighting control channels.
Complete Decorative solution ranging from customized/ non customized chandeliers, table lamps, floor lamps , wall lights to floor lamps will be suggested (or designed if required) to be client & design team.
Detail design submission will include
Final schematic lighting CAD plans & Light fitting specifications
Working drawings with descriptions, typical manufacturer’s reference, lamp type, wattage, finish, mounting position, quantity with estimated lighting design package.
List of lighting equipment suppliers / tenders to be submitted to the client
Mock-up/Sampling by suppliers on site in our presence to select luminaires.
Review of shop drawings, submittals and samples as relevant to the scope of work and offer advice and coordination services to the client, architectural consultant, engineer, contractors to facilitate equipment purchasing and installation.
Final commissioning – Overseeing the focusing of lighting fittings.
Inspection of lighting installation and final programming of the control systems to produce the agreed lighting scenes and conditions
